Write to your friend explaining what you would like to do. Tell him/her what type of work or studies you have been doing for the past few years and ask for assistance in contacting an appropriate institution.   Dear Inge,   I am writing to inform you of my determination to continue my education in one of the colleges in Netherland. I intend to, achieve the college degree and then ask the government to provide me with business visa.   As you know I have finished my B.A program and have been working as the Electricity and Precision Tool Maintenance and Repairs Officer in National Iranian Copper Industries Co., NICICO since five years ago.
