داوطلبان برای ثبت نام در آزمون MSRT باید اول در سامانه پرو فایل بسازند در صفحه وردی سامانه آیکون ثبت نام را کلیک نموده و فرم ثبت نام را بدقت تکمیل نموده و بعد از تکمیل مشخصات تصاویر خودرا (عکس(جدید -تمام رخ و زمینه روشن)-صفحه اول اصل شناسنامه-کارت ملی و آخرین مدرک تحصیلی یا کارت دانشجویی) را اسکن نموده و در پرو فایلتان اپلود نمائید و طبق تاریخهایی که در تقویم آزمون درج می شود اقدام به ثبت نام نمائید بدینصورت که اول آزمون مورد نظر و حوزه انتخابی را رزرو نموده و طبق مهلتی که سامانه به شما جهت پرداخت هزینه آزمون می دهد اقدام کنید پرداخت هزینه فقط بصورت آنلاین می باشد و بعد از پرداخت حتما" کد ره گیری را یادداشت نمائید.

فرمت تصاویر اسکن شده باید بصورتJPG و اندازه آن زیر 500 کیلو بایت باشد

داوطلبان حتما" 16 ساعت قبل از از شرو ع زمان هر ثبت نام اقدام به ساختن پروفايل نمايند چون بعداز ساختن پروفايل مدارك داوطلب نياز به تائيد سامانه دارد و ممكن است در حوزه هاي مورد نظر ظرفيت تكميل شده و نتوانيد ثبت نام كنيد
توجه : 16 ساعت قبل از زمان شروع هر ثبت نام و 8 ساعت پس از ثبت نام ساامانه اجازه ساختن پرو فایل جدید به داوطلبان نمی دهد.
. ضمنا" زمان تائید مدارک توسط مدیر سامانه بعد از ساختن پرو فایل و ارسال آن از روز شنبه تا چهارشنبه حداقل 24ساعت و روزهای تعطیل 48 ساعت می باشد

در انتخاب تاریخ و حوزه آزمون دقت لازم را داشته باشید چون انصراف یا تغییر تاریخ و تغییر حوزه آزمون امکان پذیر نمی باشد.

در صورت كار با مركز آزمون فقط ازطريق پرو فايلتان قسمت ارسال و دريافت پيام پيغام خود را ارسال نموده و در اسرع وقت به شما پاسخ داده خواهد شد ضمنا" با مراكز شهرستانها تماس نگيريد پاسخگويي فقط از طريق سامانه مي باشد.

داوطلبان محترم از تاريخ 31/2/1393 جهت دريافت كارنامه نياز به مراجعه حضوري نمي باشد داوطلبان مي توانند بعد از دريافت كارنامه از داخل پرو فايلشان قسمت مشاهده و دريافت كارنامه آنرا به دانشگاهها و مراكز آموزش عالي ارائه نموده و دانشگاهها مي توانند طبق شماره باركد(15 رقمي) كه در پايين كارنامه درج گرديده است از طريق سامانه آزمون زبان قسمت صحت كارنامه تائيديه نتيجه شما را مشاهده نمايند .

توجه : در مرکز تهران و شهرستانها کارنامه چاپ شده داده نمی شود داوطلبان باید کارنامه را از پرو فایلشان دریافت و چاپ نمایند.

داوطلبانی که از قبل کارنامه خود را دریافت نموده اند و در آن شماره 15 رقمی (بارکد )درج نشده است باید مجددا" کارنامه را از پرو فایلشان قسمت دریافت کارنامه چاپ و یا مشاهد نمایند . نمونه بارکد:http://msrt-exam.saorg.ir/Verify/111111111111111

قابل توجه داوطلبانی که در سالهای قبل پرو فایل ساخته اند (قبل از اردیبهشت سال 93) به اطلاع میرساند در سامانه جدید شناسه کاربری شماره ملی و رمز عبور شماره شناسنامه شما می باشد ضمنا" بعد از ورود به پرو فایلتان رمز ورود را تغییر دهید .

جریمه تخلف در آزمون

داوطلباني كه بافرستادن فرد دیگری بجای خود و جعل مدارك هويتي سعي در گمراه نمودن مجريان آزمون نمايند و در آن شركت كنند و تخلف آنان (حتي پس از برگزاری آزمون ودريافت مدرك ) اثبات گردد، برابر مقررات برگزاري آزمون ها،به حراست و کمیته انضباطی دانشگاه محل تحصیل معرفی و مدارك مربوط به آنها باطل و از شركت در آزمون‌ به مدت 2 تا10سال محروم خواهند شد و با توجه به اينكه جعل هرگونه اسناد دولتي و استفاده از سند مجعول و شركت كردن به جاي داوطلب اصلي، برابر قانون مجازات اسلامي (تعزيرات مصوب 1375) جرم تلقي مي‌شود و مجازات كيفري به همراه خواهد داشت، اين گروه از متخلفان براي صدور احكام قضائي به مراجع قضائي معرفي مي‌گردند.

دریافت به موقع کارت ورود به آزمون

داوطلبان محترم توجه نمایند حتما" کارت ورود به آزمون را در تاریخ و ساعت تعیین شده از سامانه دریافت نمایند در غیر اینصور ت به هیچ عنوان نمی توانند وارد محل برگزاری آزمون شوند و در روز برگزاری آزمون کارت برای داوطلبی صادر نخواهد شد. ضمنا" دریافت کارت آزمون سه روز قبل از برگزاری ازمون می باشد (از ساعت 7 صبح روز سه شنبه هفته ایی که آزمون در ان برگزار می گرددلغایت 7 صبح روز برگزاری آزمون) در یافت کارت آزمون 7 خرداد ماه 1395: سه شنبه 95/3/4 از ساعت 7 صبح لغایت جمعه 95/3/7 ساعت 7 صبح توجه : لطفا" در تاریخ و ساعت اعلام شده حتما کارت را دریافت نمائید در روز آزمون به هیچ عنوان برای داوطلبی کارت صادر نخواهد شد.
